It’s that time of year again, between winter and spring. I usually am winding up my stored canned foods and making all type of soups. Today, I am sharing things I do and others that I have curated on the internet. Recipes galore and some great ideas!
This No Boiled Mac and Cheese looks excellent to me and will be a great addition to my recipe box for the home. With my Mac and Cheese, there a minimum of 5 types of cheeses and it is baked. I use a roux of butter, flour and various spices to come together as my cream sauce. Remember the Gumbo Roux technique? Check out the basics here.
Ribollita is an excellent soup, especially for the changing weather. It can be hearty or light and refreshing.
